Jason has been a licensed real estate professional since 2007 and has built the largest sales team in Western New York, now proudly serving Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding markets, with strong professional affiliations in Syracuse, NY; Phoenix, Arizona; and Daytona Beach and Tampa Bay, Florida. The team’s experience spans a wide range of property types, including single-family homes, investment properties, foreclosures, short sales, apartment buildings, condominiums, penthouse suites, waterfront homes, farms, churches, commercial properties, and vacant land across both the East and West Coasts.
Jason’s leadership is reinforced by his Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, with specialized focus on teamwork, negotiation strategy, diversity awareness, and conflict resolution — skills that directly translate to superior outcomes for buyers and sellers. He earned his degree while practicing real estate full-time and teaching adult education at Erie Community College in downtown Buffalo. Prior to retiring from education, Jason was honored as New York State Teacher of the Year by NYACCE, a distinction that continues to influence the team’s strong emphasis on education and professional development.
